Section 01

Deposit & booking

A deposit secures your appointment date. It is non-refundable and applied toward the final balance of your tattoo, unless stated otherwise. Once received, the date is officially reserved. Reschedules require at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Section 02

Payments

Payment is due at the end of each session. For multi-session projects, each session is paid on its own day — the deposit is applied toward the final session. Accepted methods: cash, Zelle, card, or payment link, confirmed per appointment.

Section 03

Large-scale projects

Sleeves, back pieces, chest pieces, and detailed realism work are completed across multiple sessions. Sessions typically run 6–7 hours, depending on the project and client tolerance. Estimated session counts are professional approximations based on what is known before the work begins. Every project heals and progresses differently. Skin type, level of detail, placement, contrast, healing, and overall flow can all change the total time required. For that reason, an exact session count cannot be guaranteed in advance. The priority is the strongest possible final result — not fitting a fixed timeline. Each session is paid individually at the end of the appointment.

Current full-day rate

$1,200

Per full-day session — typically 6–7 hours. Paid at the end of each appointment.

Section 04

Design process

Custom designs are built for skin, not for a screen. Composition, contrast, readability, skin tone, placement, and long-term healing are all weighed during design. For most custom projects, the design is shown on the day of the appointment. Minor adjustments are made before starting when needed. For larger or more complex projects, a separate design consultation may be scheduled in advance — decided at the artist's discretion based on the scope of the piece.

Section 05

Before your appointment

Arrive well-rested. Eat a proper meal before the session.

  • Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your appointment.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed.
  • For long sessions, bring snacks, drinks, headphones, or anything that keeps you comfortable in the chair.

Section 06

Studio location

Appointments are held at the private studio. The exact address is sent once your appointment is confirmed. Arrive on time. If you are running late, send a message ahead.

Section 07

Aftercare

Aftercare instructions are provided after your session. Healing is critical to the final result — follow the instructions exactly.

During healing, avoid:

  • Swimming and submerging the tattoo.
  • Direct sun exposure.
  • Scratching or picking the area.

Section 08

Final note

The goal is the strongest tattoo possible — best detail, best contrast, best longevity. Thank you for trusting the process.
