TKO Tattoo — the tattoo practice of Hector Rodriguez Goderich (“we,” “our,” or “us”) — is a private tattoo studio in Pompano Beach, Florida, serving clients across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and South Florida, operating online at tkotattoo.com. We take your privacy seriously — not because a regulator told us to, but because the people who sit in our chair trust us with a lot more than a credit card number. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Read it before you send anything through the site.

When you use the site or contact us, we handle two kinds of information.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • Communicate with you about your appointment, design, or requests.
  • Send you text messages about your appointment, consultation, and tattoo project — only if you opted in (see Section 06).
  • Improve and optimize the site and the service.
  • Measure the performance of our ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
  • Show you relevant ads on Meta and Google platforms based on how you interact with the site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Cookies & tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Here is what is running and why.

Meta Pixel & Conversions API

We run the Meta Pixel in the browser and the Meta Conversions API on the server — both wired to the same events, deduplicated on our end. This lets us see when you land on a page, fill out a form, or complete other actions on the site, so we can measure ad effectiveness and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta handles that data under its own policy — facebook.com/policy.php.

Cloudflare

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which may collect technical data for security and performance purposes. Details in their policy — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Google Analytics & Google Ads

Google Analytics measures how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, and steps such as filling in or submitting the booking form. Google Ads receives the same visits and steps, so we can tell which ads led to a booking request and show our ads to people who have visited the site. Google handles that data under its own policy — policies.google.com/privacy.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with the site — clicks, scrolling, and session recordings — so we can find and fix what gets in the way. Microsoft handles that data under its own policy — microsoft.com/privacy.

LeadConnector (HighLevel)

LeadConnector is the platform we use to manage consultation requests and our communication with you. Its script on the site records visits and which campaign brought you here, and its chat bubble delivers what you type into it — name, phone, and message — to our account. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some may break parts of the site. You can also opt out of Meta's advertising use through your Facebook/Instagram account settings, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools.

Section 05

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — for ad measurement and optimization via Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — for site security and performance.
  • Google LLC — for site analytics (Google Analytics), ad measurement, and showing our ads to past visitors (Google Ads).
  • Microsoft Corporation — for site analytics and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity).
  • LeadConnector (HighLevel) — the platform we use to manage consultation requests, measure campaigns, and send text messages to people who opted in.
  • Resend — delivers the emails generated by the booking form, including the details and photos you send.
  • Service providers who help us operate the business, under confidentiality agreements.
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when legally required.

None of the parties above receives your SMS opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes — see Section 06.

Section 06

Text messages (SMS)

The booking form includes an optional checkbox to receive text messages from TKO Tattoo about your appointment, your consultation request, and your tattoo project — for example, confirmation of your request, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about your project. Checking it is not required to book a consultation.

  • Message frequency varies — on average, up to 2 messages per appointment.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
  • When you opt in, we keep a record of that choice and the time you made it, as proof of your consent.
  • Messages are sent through LeadConnector (HighLevel), the platform we use to manage our communication with you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Section 07

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires a longer period. Contact form submissions and consultation requests are typically retained for up to 2 years.

Section 08

Your rights & choices

Your rights depend on where you live. These are the baselines.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Everyone else

Regardless of where you live, you can:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Section 09

Data security

We put appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said — no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Section 10

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor by mistake, email us and we will delete it.
